Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand and move for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine for bartender role
ability to maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area
outstanding service skills
experience in bartending preferred
knowledge of menu items for bay host/server role
ability to serve guests with attention to detail
experience in serving preferred but not required
ability to assist guests in game participation
familiarity with game and bay assignment systems
ability to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in service areas
ability to deliver food and beverages with energy and urgency

Job Duties

Keep the bar and storage areas clean and stocked by demonstrating outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail
have knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, the ability to maintain an appealing and guest-ready bar area and have outstanding service ability
host guests in the hitting bays and serve with outstanding attention to detail
assist guests in enjoying the fun and excitement of the game of Topgolf
use the game and bay assignment systems so guests are quickly able to begin their games
keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail
deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
deliver hot, freshly prepared food to guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
