The role available is for a dynamic individual who will ensure the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards within the resort's restaurant. This position involves meticulously polishing and cleaning all surfaces, utensils, glassware, silverware, and china to maintain impeccable presentation standards. The role requires assisting food servers by preparing and delivering food and beverages to guests, setting up and clearing tables, and supporting the smooth operation of daily food and beverage services. Job Duties

  • Polish all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks
  • Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar
  • Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas including removing debris, wiping surfaces, and arranging furniture
  • Fold napkins and linens as necessary
  • Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents and anticipate guest needs
  • Assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting to guests
  • Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
