Job Requirements

  • Valid US work authorization
  • Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent experience
  • Ability to balance and carry trays
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
  • Basic food and beverage service knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one-year experience in food and beverage service or equivalent
  • Ability to balance and carry trays
  • Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
  • Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills

Job Duties

  • Polish all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks
  • Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar
  • Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas including removing debris, wiping surfaces, and arranging furniture
  • Fold napkins and linens as necessary
  • Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents and anticipate guest needs
  • Assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting to guests
  • Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
