Job Requirements
- Valid US work authorization
- Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent experience
- Ability to balance and carry trays
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
- Basic food and beverage service knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

- Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
Job Duties
- Polish all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks
- Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar
- Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas including removing debris, wiping surfaces, and arranging furniture
- Fold napkins and linens as necessary
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents and anticipate guest needs
- Assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting to guests
- Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
