Job Requirements

Valid US work authorization
Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent experience
Ability to balance and carry trays
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
Basic food and beverage service knowledge
Strong communication skills
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work early morning, mid-day, and evening shifts
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Duties

Polish all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks
Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar
Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas including removing debris, wiping surfaces, and arranging furniture
Fold napkins and linens as necessary
Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents and anticipate guest needs
Assist with guest service including retrieving food from kitchen and safely transporting to guests
Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with management and team members to address cleaning or maintenance issues promptly
Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
