As a Polisher at BOA Steakhouse, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all restaurant glassware, a critical aspect of the overall dining experience. This position supports the restaurant's commitment to exceptional service and hospitality, ensuring that guests enjoy a polished and refined environment. The Polisher will also assist with station opening and closing duties, side work, and may fill in for other roles as needed to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Working closely with the restaurant manager and team members, the Polisher will exemplify excellent customer service skills and maintain composure under pressure. Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and flexibility in work schedules, including availability for days, nights, and weekends.
