The organization not only provides direct services but also leverages its rich experience and deep connections within local communities to advocate for equitable access to essential services and promote policy changes that advance equity for all individuals. At its core, Neighborhood House believes in collective success, encapsulated in the motto "When one of us succeeds, we all succeed." Committed to becoming a multicultural and anti-racist agency, Neighborhood House is actively working to share power, listen and learn from its communities, and repair historical inequities. The agency fosters a culture where equity forms the foundation, inclusiveness is the standard, and marginalized groups have normalized access to opportunities and resources. Neighborhood House's core values include community, equity, integrity, relationships, and sustainability, all of which guide its mission and practices. More information about these values can be found on their website at https://nhwa.org/about-us/. This role is categorized under administration, offering a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week throughout the year, with an employee type designation of FT Non-Exempt.
