Job Requirements

- 3 years of related experience
- Previous poker experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience

- Poker Tournament Director Association (TDA) certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise team members including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Oversee efficient poker table operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure proper game speed, limits, and staffing
- Report unusual or suspicious activity to the Poker Manager
- Investigate and resolve variances promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports
- Handle poker room accounting procedures and administrative tasks
- Stay informed on gaming laws and company policies
- Ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
