The Poker Dealer Trainee role at Caesars is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about gaming and customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Must be able to obtain Non-Key LA Gaming License and Responsible Vendor Certification
  • Must possess strong money handling and documentation skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist, and lift
  • Responds to visual and aural cues
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance
  • Must be able to acknowledge, greet, and converse in English with customers
  • Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry up to 25 pounds
  • Will be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
  • Must be able to work inside and continuously maneuver around pit area and throughout the hotel/casino property
  • Must tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide an upbeat personality for all interactions with guests and fellow employees

  • Understand basic knowledge of other games and services offered at property
