- 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience

- gaming industry or casino experience preferred
Job Duties
- Respond promptly to guest chip requests
- maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous gaming environment
- notify the Poker Floorperson of any open seats
- report disputes or arguments to the Shift Manager or Floorperson
- share relevant player information with the Shift Supervisor
- direct guests to the Floor Person and Shift Manager as needed
- assist poker management in table fills
- follow all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
