You will be trained formally on liquor liability within 30 days of employment, ensuring compliance with safety and legal guidelines.

Handling cash transactions accurately using systems like MICROS or similar registers is a critical aspect of the job, as is adhering to proper discounting, banking procedures, and tip policies. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of liquor types, drink recipes, and bar equipment
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes, prices and type of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures and tip policies
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
