The role available is for a Bartender who will be central to delivering exceptional service that enhances the guest experience. This position is full-time and includes a competitive salary reflective of the candidate's experience and skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for managing bar supplies efficiently, preparing daily requisitions, and maintaining stock levels. Familiarity with various types of liquor, cocktail recipes, drink pricing, and the correct glassware for each beverage is essential. You will be trained formally on liquor liability within 30 days of employment, ensuring compliance with safety and legal guidelines.

In addition to mixing and serving drinks, the Bartender will engage directly with guests to anticipate their needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive relations throughout their visit. Handling cash transactions accurately using systems like MICROS or similar registers is a critical aspect of the job, as is adhering to proper discounting, banking procedures, and tip policies. The ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours, is crucial. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of liquor types, drink recipes, and bar equipment
Cash handling experience
Ability to stand for long periods
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Duties

Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
Be completely familiar with all the different kinds of liquor, recipes, and prices of drinks, proper glassware used for each recipe, as well as garnishes needed
Know drink recipes, prices and type of beverages available
Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting, MICROS system or registers, bank procedures and tip policies
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
