The role of the bartender is pivotal in our operations as the face of our beverage service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for efficiently managing bar supplies, accurately preparing daily requisitions, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked to meet guest demands. You will need a comprehensive knowledge of various types of liquor, drink recipes, garnishes, and proper glassware to craft classic and contemporary beverages to our guests’ satisfaction. Handling cash transactions with precision and familiarity with the MICROS (or similar) point-of-sale system is essential, including adherence to bank procedures and tip policies. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive relationships will be fundamental to your success in this role. In addition, you will be required to uphold liquor liability training standards, completing formal training within 30 days of employment and renewing every two years thereafter. The position demands excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for a team player who enjoys creating excellent guest experiences and contributing to a dynamic hospitality team.

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes prices and proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies responsible for accurately charging guests for drinks and accurate intake of all monies
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
- Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
