The current opportunity available is for Server Assistants / Servers at LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar. This role is pivotal to the front-of-house team, acting as a backbone that helps maintain high service standards. Service Assistants are responsible for supporting servers and bartenders, extensively interacting with guests and facilitating smooth daily operations. This position offers a flexible schedule suitable for both part-time and full-time candidates, designed to accommodate individual needs.

Employees in this role enjoy a generous sign-on bonus of $500 paid in two installments: $250 after training completion and another $250 after 45 days post-training. In addition to competitive weekly tips averaging $500, there are excellent growth opportunities within the team. Dedicated Server Assistants may advance to Bartender roles, gaining increased responsibilities and earning potential. The position involves learning and mastering the menu, specials, and cuisine through peer-led training sessions, as well as building expertise in beverages including beer, wine, and cocktails.
