Guest Service Experts facilitate a seamless, enjoyable restaurant experience by managing a variety of tasks that include setting tables, communicating guest needs effectively with kitchen staff, engaging and serving guests, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining safe workplace practices, company policies, and high-quality standards. This full-time, non-management position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating various surfaces with agility, and performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance.
The position offers an hourly pay rate of $10.98 and prioritizes candidates with previous experience, although less than one year of related work experience is preferred but not mandatory. The shift schedule targets evening availability, but open availability is welcomed.
