Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
- Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables service stations and dining areas
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely
- Follow all safety sanitation and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
