Yurbban is currently seeking a PM Server to join their team located in Miami South Beach, FL. This role is essential in delivering impeccable guest service during the afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends. As a PM Server, you will be the face of Yurbban’s dining experience, responsible for greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and providing recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. You will take food and beverage orders accurately, input them into the POS system, deliver orders promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Your tasks also include process payments, check back with guests to ensure their needs are met, and uphold high standards of table service and sanitation.
The PM Server role requires candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions. The position demands physical stamina, including prolonged standing and the ability to carry trays and supplies. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are considered an advantage. Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- previous restaurant, hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- basic mathematical skills for handling checks, payments, and cash transactions
- ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and special events
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- ability to lift and carry trays, plates, glassware, and restaurant supplies up to 25 pounds
- ability to follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards
- employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
