Job Description
AC Hotel Denver RiNo is a vibrant hospitality establishment located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. This hotel is part of the dynamic AC Hotels brand, known for blending modern European style with a focus on comfort and convenience. Owned and operated by Lotus Hotels, an independent franchisee, the property maintains a distinct identity and management style that prioritizes excellent guest experiences and high operational standards. Unlike many hotels operated directly by large international chains, AC Hotel Denver RiNo is managed with the personalized attention and nimbleness that comes from its franchise model. Located at 3680 Brighton Blvd, the hotel offers stylish accommodations, a welcoming atmosphere, and a variety of amenities designed for travelers seeking a memorable stay in Denver. This establishment emphasizes quality service and a contemporary environment that caters to both business travelers and leisure guests alike.
The role of Server at AC Hotel Denver RiNo is full-time, non-management, and pivotal to ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience at the hotel. Servers are responsible for preparing and maintaining the dining area, specifically during dinner service, and for providing attentive and friendly customer service. This position carries an hourly wage of $16.50 plus tips, reflecting the importance of direct guest interaction and quality service standards. The Server’s duties encompass setting up buffet areas according to hotel protocols, ensuring all food and beverage items are fresh and attractively presented, and facilitating the dining needs of guests by greeting them promptly, presenting menus, and taking accurate orders. This role requires close cooperation with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Additionally, the Server maintains cleanliness and organization within the dining space, handling tasks such as cleaning tables, sanitizing equipment, and restocking supplies throughout service. The job demands a proactive approach to responding to guest requests and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally to uphold the hotel’s reputation. Beyond meal service, the Server also manages financial transactions by preparing and processing guest checks. Emphasis is placed on adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Work schedules may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the hospitality industry's demands.
AC Hotel Denver RiNo is committed to equal opportunity employment, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds. Working here means joining a forward-thinking team within a growing brand that offers competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and Marriott travel perks and discounts. This role is suitable for candidates seeking to advance their career in the hospitality industry and gain valuable experience in a reputable hotel environment. The position provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to delivering high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Employment with AC Hotel Denver RiNo is directly through Lotus Hotels, emphasizing a localized management style that focuses on employee development and guest-centric service approaches. With a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth, the Server position is an excellent starting point for motivated individuals passionate about food and beverage service within the hotel industry.
