The available role at The Alida is centered around enhancing the guest dining experience by blending knowledge of food and beverage with genuine human connection. In this dynamic position, the successful candidate will be tasked with recording guests' orders accurately, paying close attention to allergens, special requests, and any other pertinent information. Expertise in the food and beverage menu options is essential, allowing the individual to offer thoughtful recommendations tailored to guests’ preferences. An understanding of kitchen timing and the ability to stay organized are crucial to ensure that food and beverages are delivered promptly and flawlessly.
