Job Requirements
- Serve as a professional and engaging Rooftop Server
- Provide consistent availability during PM shifts including weekends and holidays
- Hold identification proving authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to maintain high standards of safety and sanitation
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate weight
- Experience working in high-volume restaurant or hospitality settings preferred

Job Duties
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly table service while maintaining a warm, welcoming guest experience
- Greet and seat guests as needed, managing the host stand and supporting smooth front-of-house flow
- Run food efficiently and accurately during high-volume periods, ensuring timely delivery and proper presentation
- Buss tables, reset sections, and maintain a clean, organized dining room throughout service
- Assist teammates across all front-of-house roles to support overall operational success
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accuracy and speed of service
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, escalating issues to management when appropriate
- Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and service-ready
- Adapt to shifting business needs
