Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
- Able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Ability to work a single station in the kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Must demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Physical ability to handle the demands of the position
Job Qualifications
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Two years of previous line cook experience preferred

Job Duties
- Produce a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' expectations in a timely manner
- Work solo shifts after appropriate training
- Perform in a fast-paced environment that requires strong customer service skills
- Communicate effectively with culinary and front-of-house teams
- Read tickets accurately
- Prepare all ingredients needed for the menu pre-service
- Execute a la carte orders throughout the night
- Demonstrate Hyatt core values: empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing
