The role of PM Restaurant Line Cook at Hyatt Regency Columbus is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts and hospitality. This position involves producing consistent, high-quality dishes that meet and exceed guest expectations in a timely manner within a fast-paced restaurant environment. The PM Line Cook will work both independently during solo shifts after adequate training, and collaboratively with the culinary team and front-of-house staff. Key responsibilities include accurately reading tickets, preparing all necessary ingredients pre-service, and executing a la carte orders throughout the night. The role requires a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring every dish served adheres to Hyatt's high-quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and potential holidays
- Able to perform all basic cooking skills
- Ability to work a single station in the kitchen
- Strong communication skills
- Must demonstrate a commitment to customer service
