The role of Full Time AM Prep Cook at Trivoli Tavern offers a unique opportunity for dedicated and experienced individuals to join a fast-paced, professional kitchen team who strives for excellence every day. This position is hourly, with a competitive wage ranging from $20 to $23 per hour depending on experience, and requires availability primarily from Wednesday through Sunday. As an AM Prep Cook, you will be essential in preparing the kitchen for service by setting up and stocking stations, cooking menu items following the Hogsalt Recipe Index, maintaining clear and effective communication with the team, and ensuring food safety standards are rigorously met at all times. The role demands physical endurance, with the ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift, as well as the ability to work efficiently in varying temperature conditions within the kitchen environment.

Job Requirements
- Open availability including mornings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift including frequent bending lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
Job Qualifications
- One year of prep experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index ensuring food quality and time standards are always met
- Maintain a high level of communication understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service
- Answer report to and follow instructions and direction from Prep Lead Sous Chef Executive Chef or other leadership
- Properly clean and break down station at the end of service ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers leadership and vendors
