The Peter B's Busser role is a pivotal position within the restaurant's food and beverage team, designed to support the Food Servers by ensuring that guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience. Busses at Peter B's are responsible for clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food delivery, refilling beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This role requires strong communication skills, physical stamina to lift, pull, and push moderate weight, and an ability to work efficiently under pressure in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment.
