The PM Pastry Cook role at the Arizona Biltmore is a full-time position integral to maintaining the high culinary standards of the resort. This role focuses on producing top-quality baked goods for multiple outlets, supporting banquet and weekly brunch production, and managing inventory and stock with strict adherence to food safety standards. The successful candidate will work a typical evening shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, ensuring all pastry items meet the resort’s exceptional quality requirements and are prepared promptly in line with scheduled demands.
Key responsibilities include precise production of outlet items, daily inventory tracking, requisition preparation for daily production, proper labeling and storage of all food products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. The PM Pastry Cook is also expected to abide by all resort safety and sanitation policies, maintain a professional appearance, and actively support a safe workplace by preventing injuries and property damage. A strong commitment to quality and teamwork is essential, reflecting Pyramid Global Hospitality’s dedication to delivering a superior guest experience.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates who have graduated from an apprenticeship program or an accredited culinary school. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of pastry experience in a high-volume professional kitchen setting, with hotel or luxury dining experience considered a plus. Certification such as Maricopa County Food Handler Card is mandatory, while ServeSafe Food Handler Certification is preferred.

Job Duties
- Produce baked goods for all outlets on time and according to specifications
