Role description: The position available is for a PM Operations Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Marlborough. This full-time role, primarily scheduled from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with weekend availability required, involves leading the hotel's evening operations to ensure outstanding guest service and efficient management of all hotel departments during this shift. The PM Operations Manager serves as a key leader, actively supervising the front office team while supporting other operational departments such as housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security. The role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks including assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed, conducting property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are upheld, and managing emergency situations professionally. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Previous experience in Front Office leadership preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency with hotel property management software preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as standing and walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Willingness to respond promptly to emergencies and problem-solve under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of hotel supervisory or management experience preferred
- Previous Front Office leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems is preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours as business demands require

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily evening operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations
- Supervise and support the Front Office team while providing leadership to all operational departments during the evening shift
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, resolving issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk operations as needed
- Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards are maintained throughout the hotel
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and Security to address operational needs
- Handle emergency situations and make sound decisions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members while promoting a positive and engaging work environment
- Complete shift reports, communicate operational updates, and ensure a smooth transition to the overnight team
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, company policies, and all safety and security procedures
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work proactively to create memorable guest experiences
