Job Requirements
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- ability to stand for long periods, bend, and occasionally lift heavy objects
- willingness to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- commitment to food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Passionate about food with an insatiable desire to learn and grow
- team player with optimism and empathy capable of working through conflict constructively
- ability to communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff
- experience in a fast-paced culinary environment preferred but not required
- ability to maintain organization and cleanliness under pressure
Job Duties
- Support the chef in start-to-finish recipe building with consistent execution and flawless presentation
- be a communication channel to chef, sous, and floor staff to facilitate seamless service while bringing fresh ideas and techniques to the culinary conversation
- strive to set up and maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment
- be a dependable team player
- assist with any other tasks that help the fast-growing team succeed
