Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Hilton Garden Inn brand standards and recipes
- Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and presented with quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and inventory rotation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy dinner service while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and management
- Assist with closing duties and prepare the kitchen for the next shift
