Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in culinary or food service
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Previous culinary experience in a restaurant, resort, lodge, or hospitality setting preferred
- Experience in high-volume or upscale dinner service preferred
- Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain upon hire

- Ability to multitask and remain composed during fast-paced dinner service

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute dinner menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations
- Maintain organized, well-stocked line stations to support efficient evening service
- Complete daily prep work and production to ensure readiness for service and future meal periods
- Monitor food quality, temperatures, and presentation throughout service
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special guest requests with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with closing procedures, cleaning tasks, and preparation for the next day's operations
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
