This position is a culinary role responsible for preparing and cooking menu items across both restaurant and banquet operations. - ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- active Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain shortly after hire
- physical ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
