At the Forest Park Golf Course in St Louis, MO, we are currently seeking passionate and skilled culinary team members to join our food and beverage staff. This position primarily covers the PM shift hours, including dinner and private event shifts. The role is pivotal in supporting the preparation and production of food items ensuring quality and consistency across all food and beverage areas. Each staff member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their workstations, equipping them with the proper supplies, products, and equipment necessary to deliver outstanding service.
In this role, the candidate will collaborate closely with the food and beverage team to prepare menu items that meet our high standards. Presenting food in an appealing and uniform manner is essential, as is responding promptly and attentively to customer requests to enhance their dining experience. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests, and a genuine willingness to learn and excel within a fast-paced environment.
