Job Description

We are a dynamic and customer-focused establishment seeking a professional PM Kitchen Lead to join our culinary team. As a full-time position, the PM Kitchen Lead plays a critical role in completing the kitchen operations in alignment with our Kitchen Manager's specifications and guidelines. The PM Kitchen Lead is responsible for leading the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring that all food preparation and production meet our high standards for quality and timeliness. This role requires a strong combination of culinary expertise and leadership skills to oversee the kitchen operations efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow during the PM shift. The successful candidate will have proven experience in professional kitchen environments and be adept at managing staff and resources effectively.

Working closely with the kitchen team, the PM Kitchen Lead is expected to produce high-quality plates, direct food preparation as necessary, and ensure that the kitchen operates in a manner that meets our established quality standards. This includes maintaining compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards to provide a safe and clean working environment. In addition to managing food quality and staff, the PM Kitchen Lead is tasked with resolving any issues that may arise, exercising good judgment and resourcefulness to handle emergencies or unexpected situations expediently.
