Job Description
We are a dynamic and customer-focused establishment seeking a professional PM Kitchen Lead to join our culinary team. The PM Kitchen Lead is responsible for leading the kitchen in the absence of the Kitchen Manager, ensuring that all food preparation and production meet our high standards for quality and timeliness. This role requires a strong combination of culinary expertise and leadership skills to oversee the kitchen operations efficiently and maintain a smooth workflow during the PM shift.
