We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PM Guest Services Representative to join our Front Office team at Marriott. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position offering $15.00 an hour with a shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The PM Guest Services Representative will report directly to the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager. The primary focus of this role is to serve guests at the front desk with the highest level of efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy while adhering strictly to Marriott's aggressive hospitality standards and internal procedures. This role is pivotal in creating lasting impressions for guests by ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests promptly and courteously.
The responsibilities include managing reservations through the MARSHA and PMS systems, completing guest registrations, accommodating special requests, and understanding Marriott’s rewards and frequent traveler programs. Additional duties involve cash handling, front desk organization, problem solving using the Guest Response Program, and maintaining knowledge of hotel operations, rates, promotions, and the surrounding area. There will also be occasional overnight work for auditing tasks. The PM Guest Services Representative is expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow strict cash handling procedures, be thoroughly familiar with operational checklists, and collaborate effectively with team members to uphold Marriott's esteemed hospitality reputation.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work the 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm shift
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Minimum lifting capacity of 30 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Knowledge of English and local language
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues
- Ability to handle conflict situations professionally
- Well-groomed appearance
- Adherence to hotel dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Knowledge of reservation and front desk systems such as MARSHA and PMS
- Familiarity with Marriott Rewards and frequent traveler programs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Good grooming and adherence to dress code
- Ability to handle conflict situations professionally
Job Duties
- Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag
- Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards
- Conform to cash handling procedures at all times
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheet, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures and events
- Get a daily briefing about extraordinary events to effectively deal with all foreseen situations
- Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions and know how to handle each
- Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel
