The position of PM Food Runner & Barback is an exciting opportunity to join the Food & Beverage department at Marriott Dallas Las Colinas. This role is crucial for supporting evening food and beverage service, helping keep operations running smoothly during busy hours. The ideal candidate will play a dual role, assisting both servers and bartenders to enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining fast, clean, and organized service. Responsibilities include delivering food promptly and accurately to guest tables, ensuring that dishes look appealing and presentable, and aiding in clearing and resetting tables. The barback duties include restocking bar supplies and glassware, changing kegs, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is dedicated to teamwork, and has a strong attention to detail. The ability to communicate effectively with front of house and kitchen staff is essential for success. The PM Food Runner & Barback works evenings, weekends, and holidays, and employment can be either full-time or part-time.
