Nestled in an inviting environment that caters to both members and resort guests, Juniper Preserve prides itself on delivering a high standard of hospitality through its carefully curated experiences across various dining and bar venues. The resort offers an array of front-of-the-house food and beverage outlets including the Iris & Blue Bar, Coyote Lounge, Trailhead, Grill on the Green, and Ghost Tree Lounge, each providing a unique ambiance and menu selection designed to cater to diverse tastes and preferences. Juniper Preserve is committed to maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, professionalism, and excellence, making it a top choice in hospitality within the region. The team at Juniper Preserve works collaboratively to ensure that every guest experiences outstanding service, quality, and attention to detail in every interaction.
The PM Food and Beverage Supervisor role is pivotal to sustaining these high standards of service and operational excellence. This position involves supervising day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple front-of-house outlets, ensuring that service personnel adhere to established standards and that guests are treated to superior hospitality. At an hourly rate of $27, this supervisory role demands a balance of hands-on involvement in service tasks and effective management capabilities. The successful candidate will coordinate pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, VIP statuses, and operational updates, and monitor business systems to ensure smooth workflows. The role also incorporates direct customer service duties such as order taking and table clearing during off-seasons or when staffing requires, reinforcing a team-oriented approach.
Beyond service supervision, the PM Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for bar and beverage operations management, possessing expert knowledge in cocktail preparation, liquor quality, and safety procedures to prevent intoxication. Mastery of POS systems and inventory oversight are essential components of the position, as is ensuring compliance with health, fire, and alcohol regulations. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while supporting food and beverage teams across various functional areas is critical. The supervisor must excel in guest and employee relations, capable of resolving complaints professionally while fostering a positive, cooperative atmosphere among staff to maximize morale and productivity. This role requires an individual who is approachable, adaptable, and committed to upholding the resort’s professional image and operational standards. Candidates must be flexible, accommodating varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and should possess the physical capability to perform duties such as lifting, hearing in noisy environments, and multi-tasking with efficiency and grace. With qualifications that include a high school diploma, management experience or hands-on training in similar hospitality environments, and certifications like a Food Handler’s Card and OLCC Server’s Permit, this role offers the opportunity to grow within a respected hospitality brand dedicated to excellence.
