valid Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift and carry 30+ lbs
availability to work evening shifts
ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to their designated locations
promptly report equipment quality issues to a manager
complete all opening, closing, and side duties
stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
lift and carry 30+ lbs
work in hot and humid environments
have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
