Bear Tooth is continuously growing and seeks dedicated individuals who can contribute to maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality it is known for.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Dish Machine Operators (DMOs). This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The role of a Dish Machine Operator goes beyond just cleaning dishes—it is about being a key player in the kitchen's workflow. The DMO is responsible for collecting, sorting, washing, and sanitizing all kitchenware and ensuring that all items are correctly handled, cleaned, and returned to their proper places promptly. This position demands vigilance in following safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health regulations, including the careful handling of dish machine chemicals. The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen and service teams to promote an efficient, respectful, and pleasant work environment. Standing for the entire shift, managing heavy loads, and adapting to a fast-paced and sometimes noisy setting are part of the daily routine.

The Dish Machine Operator at Bear Tooth will develop a keen awareness of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and teamwork, making it an excellent stepping stone for a career in the hospitality and culinary sectors. Beyond the core duties, Bear Tooth nurtures its employees through numerous benefits such as regular raises every three months, profit-sharing bonus programs, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, and access to recreational perks like free ski passes and theater admission.
