Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- possession of a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- ability to adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
- safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
- wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
- deliver dishes, utensils, and equipment to designated locations
- promptly report equipment quality issues to a manager
- complete all opening, closing, and side duties
- stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- work in hot and humid environments
- have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect
