Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift and carry 30 or more pounds
- Willingness to work in hot and humid conditions
- Adherence to all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Good manual dexterity and coordination
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Demonstrate good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ability to work as part of a team and treat coworkers with kindness and respect
- Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station
- Assist kitchen staff with prep when needed
- Support the team to keep service running smoothly
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures
- Organize dishes, utensils, and equipment for cleaning
- Safely handle and change out dish machine chemicals as needed
- Wash, sanitize, and dry all dishes and restaurant equipment
