Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and coaching abilities
- previous experience in a supervisory or lead chef role
Job Duties
- keep the line moving and ensure food goes out consistently and at a high standard
- lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts by overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused
- contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials to help shape the menu
- coach employees by maintaining consistent communication and addressing performance when necessary
- support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations with a focus on PM service execution
- lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and morale
- maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization
