Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • previous experience in a supervisory or lead chef role

Job Duties

  • keep the line moving and ensure food goes out consistently and at a high standard
  • lead the back-of-house team on PM shifts by overseeing hands-on cooking, directing prep, managing tickets, and keeping everyone aligned and focused
  • contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and weekly specials to help shape the menu
  • coach employees by maintaining consistent communication and addressing performance when necessary
  • support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations with a focus on PM service execution
  • lead, train, and mentor back-of-house staff to maintain consistency, efficiency, and morale
  • maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization
