The role being offered is that of a Dining Room Assistant within the Food and Beverage team at one of Valencia Hotel Group’s hotels. This position is integral to creating a refined, inviting restaurant atmosphere and supporting seamless guest service. Dining Room Assistants play a critical role in assisting food servers by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring that service stations are fully stocked, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This role demands a high level of professionalism, courteous guest interaction, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school education or equivalent, TABC certification, and a Food Handler's certificate to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety standards. Physical stamina is necessary for standing and walking for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
