Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a clean driving record and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Previous guest service experience
- Ability to hear and visually observe emergency situations
- Physical ability to stand, move, bend, kneel, run and walk significant distances
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds continuously
- Positive attitude with genuine interest in guest experience
- Team-oriented approach
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous guest service experience
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
- Clean driving record
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Escort guests to and from their accommodations while assisting with luggage transportation
- Maintain knowledge of hotel features, guest room amenities, and services to assist guests effectively
- Manage valet operations including parking and retrieving vehicles for guests
- Ensure the safety and security of guest property and vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
