Job Qualifications
- previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality environment preferred
- knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, coffee service, and beverage preparation techniques
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and approachable demeanor
- ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- flexible schedule availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- current alcohol service certification preferred where applicable
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- ability to lift and carry bar products, glassware, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards
- provide warm, attentive, and engaging service to guests at the bar and within the dining space
- demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, coffee, and brunch beverage offerings
- anticipate guest needs and create personalized experiences through thoughtful hospitality
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the bar and surrounding service areas
- ensure proper setup and breakdown of the bar for AM service operations
- accurately process guest orders, payments, and cash handling procedures
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws
- assist with inventory organization, stocking, garnish preparation, and daily side work duties
- collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
