The Swedish Hill Baker position is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join the bakery’s bread and croissant production team. This role demands someone with strong hands-on experience in kitchen operations, a keen attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for baking. The primary responsibility is to ensure that every loaf, croissant, and pastry meets the bakery’s high standards for flavor, texture, and appearance. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and seek opportunities to grow within a respected hospitality group.
Starting pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience, alongside comprehensive benefits including health insurance, wellness programs, and restaurant dining benefits.
