Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience as an artisan bread baker
- Knowledge of artisan hand shaping and deck oven utilization
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with bending and twisting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self starter with excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of artisan hand shaping and deck oven utilization

- Self starter with ability to work independently and efficiently
Job Duties
- Bake products from scratch following carefully crafted recipes
- Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other bakery equipment
- Create artisan breads including starters, naturally leavened breads, hand shaping, and use of deck oven
- Ensure highest quality of product is produced consistently and timely
- Test ingredients and finished goods to meet food safety and quality standards
- Manage bakery production maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventory
- Forecast and adjust production levels as directed by Director
