Erewhon Market is seeking an Artisan Bread Baker to join their dynamic bakery team. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a deep knowledge of baking artisan breads, particularly the ability to bake products from scratch following carefully crafted recipes. Candidates with experience in measuring and combining ingredients, using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to create quality breads will find this position rewarding. The Artisan Bread Baker will be responsible for producing naturally leavened and hand-shaped breads using a deck oven, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
