The role available is that of a Housekeeping Supervisor who will play a crucial part in ensuring the immaculate condition of guest rooms and public areas. This position is essential in upholding the brand’s quality standards, directly influencing the guests’ overall experience. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to manage daily housekeeping and laundry operations. They will assist in training new associates, coordinate housekeeping activities, and ensure operational efficiency within the department. This role requires a hands-on approach, keen observation skills, and the ability to lead by example.

This position is hourly with a competitive rate of $33.60 per hour and may require flexible work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a key member of the housekeeping team, the supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the cleanliness throughout the hotel, maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies, and addressing any issues flagged in the Manager on Duty log. The ideal candidate is task-oriented, detail-focused, and motivated to deliver superior guest service by fostering a collaborative team environment. Job Duties

  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness and brand quality standards
  • Assist Executive Housekeeper with daily operations of housekeeping and laundry
  • Support Executive Housekeeper with training new Associates
  • Help coordinate daily housekeeping activities
  • plan for adequate staffing to clean guest rooms and public areas
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies and cleaning materials
  • Review the Manager on Duty log and follow up where needed
