The supervisor is tasked with setting and maintaining safe working protocols for the maintenance teams and is responsible for the recruitment, training, orientation, and ongoing performance management of assigned employees. This role requires a hands-on leader who provides clear work direction, schedules and assigns tasks, monitors work quality, and ensures that all maintenance activities are properly documented in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely manner. In addition, the Plumbing/Mechanical Systems Supervisor actively participates in weekly scheduling and planning meetings and prepares detailed reports on departmental work and project statuses for senior management.
