The Players Club Host position at Potawatomi Casino Hotel is a vital role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and high energy environment. The successful Players Club Host will play a critical role in promoting the Players Club by identifying, developing, and retaining casino guests, fostering new memberships, and ensuring superior guest service consistently.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly to establish rapport and act as a role model for guest service by attentively addressing guest needs and concerns promptly and courteously. The host communicates the benefits and amenities of the Players Club program, issues new and replacement cards, and demonstrates how to use the cards effectively. This role also involves being a knowledgeable resource regarding the casino’s gaming options, special events, promotions, and other amenities to provide accurate information to guests and team members. Administrative duties include creating and managing guest accounts using the casino’s computer systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Players Club Hosts are regularly stationed on the casino floor to acquire new memberships and increase general awareness of the Players Club. The role also supports marketing efforts by assisting with special promotional events, player parties, drawings, and issuance of promotional amenities. Hosts are authorized to issue limited complimentary services or items within established guidelines and handle sales and issuance of Bingo gift certificates. Adhering to departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations is mandatory while performing all duties. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain discretion with confidential information, and strong organizational abilities.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous high volume customer service experience required
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with data entry and/or casino management systems preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform various physical tasks during shifts
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Must wear required personal protective equipment during duties
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Promote the Players Club by identifying, developing, and retaining casino guests with emphasis on new club membership and superior guest service
- Greet guests with a smile to establish rapport and act as a guest service role model to assess, anticipate, and attend to guest needs or concerns promptly and courteously
- Communicate benefits and amenities of the Players Club program effectively, issue new or replacement cards, and demonstrate card usage
- Act as a resource to guests and team members by maintaining thorough knowledge of the facility, gaming options, special events, promotions, and other amenities
- Create and manage guest accounts using Potawatomi Casino Hotel computer systems while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Work on the casino floor for predetermined shifts acquiring new Players Club memberships and creating awareness
