Job Requirements
- Desire to gain experience and work in foodservice or hospitality industry
- Ability to interact with high profile guests professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively and problem solve independently
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to work all Hawks home games
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and engage physically with guests
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations
- Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods
- Lift and move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Retrieve all needed food items from kitchen and deliver to bar area
- Retrieve all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar area
- Set up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf
- Ensure beer taps are working properly
- Place appropriate bar snacks on counter and keep supplies stocked
- Assist in opening and closing side work as assigned
- Bus tables in bar area
- Help ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar or lounge areas, including washing tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors
- Sweep and mop service areas, including floor mats
- Ensure rubbish is removed from all receptacles
- Prepare and serve beverages to assist bartenders
- Perform other duties as assigned
