A Cashier supports the Marketing Department by enrolling guests into the Players Club and maintaining accurate player tracking data, thereby enhancing guests' casino experience. They also ensure compliance with Title 31 regulations and company policies, demonstrating a commitment to legal and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Cashier assists in identifying suspicious behavior, reporting flagged patrons, and upholding responsible gaming guidelines. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to verify guests properly, assist with promotions, and train new team members as needed. Being physically mobile to manage various tasks in sometimes confined spaces is also important.
