We are currently seeking a skilled Copper Plater I to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the manufacturing process and keen to develop their careers within the electronics industry. The role involves processing panels through the cleaning line, loading and unloading plating tanks, performing routine maintenance such as changing filters and anode bags, adding copper to plating baskets, and managing chemical solutions in accordance with company protocols and schedules. A critical aspect of this role is maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times.
The Copper Plater I role requires the ability to efficiently handle operational tasks while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Candidates must possess good communication skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role includes start-up, operation, preventive maintenance, and quality control duties, aligned with ISO procedures. The position entails working on a continuous basis while standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining focus despite interruptions.

We provide a competitive compensation package ranging from $42,038 to $66,447 annually, with potential bonuses and shift premiums based on assignment and location. Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- At least 1-2 years work experience in copper plating or related background
- Basic computer skills a must
- Ability to communicate with managers and supervisors
- Must be able to perform entire shift standing
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds using proper techniques
- Good concentration and ability to remain focused with minor interruptions
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED desired

Job Duties
- Process boards through copper plating in a complete and timely manner according to production traveler and work instructions
- Perform dumps and remakes of chemistries per preventive maintenance schedule
- Maintain and clean all department equipment
- Ensure each job is accompanied by a traveler and previous steps are signed off
- Conduct start-up, operation, preventive maintenance and quality tasks according to work instructions
- Follow safety guidelines
- Load and unload plating tanks and change filters and anode bags
