Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience operating machinery preferred
- basic understanding of plastic manufacturing processes
- ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams

Job Duties
- Adjust and operate machines following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- perform routine maintenance on machinery including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
- utilize problem solving skills to minimize downtime
- read and interpret diagrams and other work instructions
- perform quality inspections and document product quality to assure compliance with specifications
- communicate with Quality and Shift Manager regarding questionable products and make timely adjustments
- monitor cycle times to required standards
- work with team members and Shift Manager to improve production processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste
- maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and machine settings
- complete daily production and quality logs
- adhere to safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
- adhere to company policy and attendance standards
- report food safety concerns to management
- perform other duties as assigned
