Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to walk and or stand for the entire work shift
- willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- fine motor coordination and depth perception
- ability to hear equipment from a distance
- ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- minimum one year experience in customer or patient facing role is helpful

Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
- initiate changes to center processes through company approved procedures
