This opportunity is for the role of Assistant Plant Services Manager within Achilles USA's high-volume industrial manufacturing environment located in Everett, Washington. The role is an integral part of the plant’s maintenance leadership team, focusing on equipment reliability, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support consistent production success. The Assistant Plant Services Manager will take on extensive responsibilities including the review, prioritization, and scheduling of maintenance work to minimize downtime and sustain continuous operations.
