Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Driver's License
Minimum 5 years of trade experience in building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and walk throughout physical plant
Willingness to work flexible schedule including emergency calls, nights and weekends
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently
Must maintain confidentiality regarding archdiocesan information
Must agree not to engage in actions contrary to Roman Catholic faith and morality
